Green and Red Salad with Mango-Ginger dressing

Since yesterday's skyline dish was on the unhealthy side, I decided to do something light and healthy today.

The salad:
Mixed greens (spinach,etc.)
2 red apples sliced thinly
2 cups of red grapes
2 ripe avocados thinly sliced
Wash, peel, slice and toss all together

The dressing:
1 cup mayo (I used lite miracle whip)
1/2 cup greek yogurt plain
1 tbsp orange zest (used an orange I found in the fridge!)
2 tbsps OJ
2 tsp ginger root
1/4 cup mango chutney
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Whisk all together chill until ready to use. Mix with salad.

*Matt and I aren't big on loading the dressing on our salads, so next time I make this I plan on cutting it in half or only putting half on as it was just way too thick. But it had an awesome taste!
